I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the rooms were immaculate and offered a stunning view right by the water.

Room, Garden, Beach

The food (except the Christmas buffet) was very poor. If you are at the seaside and in a Country like Vietnam, where they really know how to cook, it is a pitty if there is an unsuccessful try to cook European food. The Service at the seaside (e.g. serving Drinks) was non existent. Going to the Restaurant bar next door, was cheaper and more convenient.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms had a modern look. Breakfast was tasty and included in the stay. the pool area was beautiful, and I enjoyed some refreshing drinks from the poolside bar. ❤️.

Liked how beautiful and relaxing the property was and its service-oriented staff fROM MANAGEMENT TO HOUSE CLEANING. Overall it was beautifully maintained in 3 machines.

Everything was perfect, perfect location to walk on the beach, the staff were extremely helpful. I asked for deluxe room, it was practical and great modern. The breakfast had a huge variety of local food and drinks. Location: the hotel was next to taxis are plentiful, night life, and the Central Market. Also, it was 20 minutes on foot from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth. Appreciated my stay, had a special experience...

This place is in a fantastic spot, super close to the busy center and the beach. the staff here were both outstanding and really friendly. 😊.

The staff tried really hard

This is a work in progress The staff are still training There were no beach towels some days Breakfast was choas with no form of command chain No one came round to the beach to take drinks orders The drinks were overpriced The young staff drovecround in golf carts too fast and smashed into a big plant pot smashing it The management structure was non exsistent I rented a scooter from there the front tyre was totally flat and had no rear brake I sorted this out myself There were a couple of excellent staff mou and yuen The rest either were new or didnt care

We enjoyed the place a lot. Beautiful location and friendly staff. We stayed in an apartment which we believe was beautiful. Offcourse that's what you pay for.

Although the staff was very friendly, they were also very inexperienced. This caused some slight inconveniences but when you are a little bit more o a demanding traveler or you expect four-star service, you better wait another year before checking out this resort. We had half-board which was dissatisfying, both breakfast and diner, but again this was mainly due to the inexperience of te staff (they were helpful and friendly, they just didn't get it (yet)).

The resort boasts its own beautiful pristine beach with shady palm trees and white sand and stunning sunset views. It felt like stepping into a postcard.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the night market and the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast options are plentiful. The hotel also offers various facilities, such as a pool and a restaurant, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a bit more attention, such as the outdated AC and the need for some maintenance work in certain areas.

Lavish breakfast, spacious bathrooms, friendly staff, compensation, nicer Green Villa Zone, quiet and clean area.

Some guests have reported noise issues due to the construction happening nearby.
